For decades, we having been manufacturing our own wide range of consumable products in our factories in Haan, Germany and Stoke-on-Trent, UK which are then supplied to our customers worldwide. We hold large stocks of consumables in our warehouses for immediate supply to our customers. Production of our consumables is controlled and monitored by our modern systems and detailed quality procedures with both sites approved to DIN EN ISO 9001. This ensures every batch of consumables meets our high process performance standards. Many of our consumable products have passed strict customer specifications resulting in approvals for use in aerospace, medical, automotive and nuclear industries.

Plastic media

Due to the lower density, plastic media is ideally suited for finishing softer materials like aluminium, brass and copper. A range of abrasive grades, shapes and sizes are available depending on the process requirement, e.g. burr removal, pre-plate or pre-anodise finishes.

Compounds

Our liquid compounds enhance the process performance by maintaining cutting efficiency whilst also providing corrosion protection, cleaning, degreasing or polishing benefits depending on the type selected. Concentrated powders are also available for degreasing, grinding or paste polishing processes.

Ceramic media

Ceramic media is ideally suited to processing hard materials and is available in range of abrasive grades for heavy grinding \ burr removal or alternatively fine finishing. Non-abrasive, higher density ceramic media is also available for polishing applications.
